Blackwell Consulting is offering a hands-on, simulation-based workshop designed to involve you in using Lean tools to impact the processes that are critical to you.

Though Lean principles were developed by Toyota for manufacturing operations, they are just as useful in improving office and service processes such as procurement, accounts receivable, sales, call centers, banking, health care, etc.

This workshop features a hands-on process simulation, and combines just-in-time facilitation with experiential learning.   • 8:00 - Coffee & Networking
  • 8:30 - Workshop Kick-off
  • 9:00 - Simulation Round 1
  • 10:00 - Process Effectiveness (what customers need, when they need it, at a quality they expect)
  • 11:00 - Simulation Round 2
  • 12:00 - Lunch & Networking
  • 12:45 - Process Efficiency (delivering outputs and services with the least effort in time, people, and other resources)
  • 1:30 - Lean improvement tools
  • 4:00 - Simulation Final Round
  • 4:30 - Wrap up: Review;Reflection;Evaluation
  • 5:00 - End of workshop
