Leadership
Dan Blackwell, Founder and President of Blackwell Consulting, is a recognized expert in teaching, guiding, and implementing Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. He has 20 years of continuous improvement experience delivering results in both manufacturing and transactional environments. He has great passion for transferring his knowledge and experience to others and has trained and guided over 1,000 Executives, Champions, Project Sponsors, and Experts (MBB, BB, GB, Lean Masters). Mr. Blackwell worked for 10 years with George Group Consulting working in North America, Europe and Asia. He started his career as an Industrial Engineer with Texas Instruments.
Mr. Blackwell is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and certified Lean Master. He is also a Planning and Scheduling expert with experience in many business environments and using many ERP platforms.
